To program Uniform Call Distribution:

1. Class of Service Options form

Program the following options and timers:

• Call Forwarding - Override

• Recorded Announcement Device

• Answer Plus Delay to Message Timer

• Answer Plus Expected Offhook Timer

• Answer Plus Message Length Timer

• Answer Plus System Reroute Timer

• Call Forward No Answer Timer

2. Feature Access Codes form

Assign the required access codes:

2. ACD Agent Login

3. ACD Agent Logout

4. Call Forward Override

5. Do Not Disturb - Remote

6. Do Not Disturb - Cancel Remote

7. Make Busy Setup/Cancel

8. Multiline Set Headset On

9. Multiline Set Headset Off

3. Hunt Groups form

• Program the hunt group.

4. Call Rerouting form

• Assign first and second alternative numbers for the Hunt Group Pilot Number.

5. Call Rerouting Always Alternatives form

• At least one plan in the Call Rerouting Always Alternative form must have all entries set to "No Reroute". Use this plan as the Always Alternative number for stations that require normal call handling.

6. Call Rerouting First Alternatives form

• Complete for each of the originating devices.

7. Call Rerouting Second Alternatives form

• Complete for each of the originating devices.
